Committee Member of the Month
The Indiana Council is pleased to present the April, 2017 Committee Member of the Month, Jody Horstman. Jody has consistently provided invaluable expertise on such subjects as child and adolescent, and substance abuse treatment. Her observations have helped the Indiana Council advocate for intelligent, informed policy, and address legislative challenges such as the recently dead SB496 which would have created an unhealthy administrative burden for psychiatrists in treating youth involved with DCS. She continues to be a key leader in translating high policy to front line actions and vice versa. In her scant free time, she enjoys traveling to top scuba diving sites, biking, and swimming. Thank you for being you, Jody!
